After a lot of messing about, I figured out that the chassis is 4" too long. I had thought that I had centered the wheels in the wells.

Turns out I was wrong about the front:

The Rears are near perfect:

The fix:  Pull the cab and motor, shorten the frame another 4 "  and re-do the front cab mounts and  the  tranny and motor mounts.
